Thrive - A mentorship program designed to encourage, resource and equip new children's pastors.

This group is designed to help you:

1) feel a part of an awesome community,

2) be equipped with resources and knowledge to help you in your ministry,

3) be confident in your gifting's and abilities as a children's pastor.

We believe in you and we would love to come alongside you in ministry!

There are two main components to this group:

The first is a monthly cohort meeting. During these meetings we will break-down some of the major aspects of Children's Ministry and talk about them in a discussion based small group. We will tackle a variety of topics from creating a budget and policies to establishing vision and healthy boundaries for your personal life and ministry.

The other key component to this course is that you will be paired up with an experienced Children's Ministry Mentor. Your mentor would help you celebrate what God is doing through your ministry and walk through the real-time problems that may arise in children's ministry. Life happens and we can't always plan it, so your mentor is there to help you figure out how to communicate with that volunteer, help that parent, or talk through how to reach children and families in your community.

We know that you probably have a very large "To-Do" list, and the last thing you feel you can do is add one more thing. We understand. This group is designed to take no more than 3 hours a month. That's 3 hours to invest in you and your ministry. Further, our hope is that this would add to your life, not be another drain for you. We believe the topics covered and the mentorship available will only add value to your ministry.

Pastor, we believe in you. We are so excited that you have said 'yes' to the call that God has placed on your life for ministry, and we just want to walk alongside you and cheer you on, equipping you with everything you need to walk in God's plan for your life.
